In/Out
A platform where Samuel Minguillon invites you to share, explore, experience and transform your movement.
Samuel works with different ways of approaching the floor, gradually developing to sequences, transporting you into his very fluid but energetic body language.
With his challenging floor work sequences and dynamic combinations he invites the body to visit unknown places by breaking personal boundaries, and through these develop.
He will encourage you to work with different qualities and dynamics throughout the
workshop, always having as an objective to move in a natural way and connect with the
inner animal, without forgetting to work with tools and the necessary technique.
Through partnering work and improvisation you will explore existing material, observe, listen and learn from other moving bodies a nd the environment, and transform this information into movement.
Samuel proposes to create a space in which we can expand o u r m movement beyond the established limits.
